Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If a product is on backorder, we will contact you and let you know that the product may take additional time to arrive.
Shipping time will depend on your location. Metro areas are faster than regional areas. Delivery should take approximately 3-7 days from the day of dispatch.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
We recommend choosing Sendle at checkout for your delivery. Alternatively you can select Australia Post.

Shipment to PO boxesĀ
We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a street address for delivery.Ā

- Asia: 10-20 business days
- United States: 8-14 business days
- Canada: 11-18 business days

Shipment confirmation & order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).Ā

Customs, duties and taxes
Entire Podiatry is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Transit damage & insurance
Entire Podiatry is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately and send photos and/or video. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. We may decide to submit a claim for you to the delivery company, or we will forward on a link for you to submit the claim directly.Ā Ā
If you chose Sendle for shipping, $100 of insurance cover is included at no extra cost. Or you can choose to add on Sendle Plus for extra coverage at an additional fee. See details of Sendle’s insurance options here.Ā Ā
Make sure the claim is made within the time frame – either 7 days from delivery for damaged parcels, or 10 days from the time the delivery is deemed lost, and that youāve checked the criteria in the Sendle Cover Policy.
