1. Free alterations to your custom orthotics within the first 3 months of fitting.
2. Free replacement of your custom orthotics, if necessary, within the first 3 months of fitting.
3. 12 month guarantee on the shells* of your custom orthotics, on breakage due to material defects or faulty workmanship under normal usage (within the first 12 months of issue). *(Note, this guarantee does not apply to the orthotic covers).
Our triple guarantee applies to custom foot orthotics only, and does not apply to CFA or Heat Mouldable orthotics.
