What is BUPA Members First?
Being part of the BUPA Members First network means we offer exclusive rates to clients who have BUPA ancillary (extras) cover. We’re a recognised, registered provider for podiatry under this scheme.
How You Benefit as a BUPA Member
- Higher rebates for podiatry treatments.
- Reduced out-of-pocket costs thanks to negotiated rates.
- May be gap-free or minimal gap for certain services/treatments for eligible members.
- Kids & dependents on your family BUPA policy may qualify for free or heavily discounted podiatry services under certain policies (dependant on your level of cover).
Who’s Eligible for BUPA Members First?
If you have BUPA extras cover, especially on a policy that includes podiatry, you could be eligible for these benefits. Some policies include “Members First” funds that increase rebates for approved providers.
If you’re unsure if your policy is eligible, contact us or call BUPA with your policy number and ask:
- Is my policy “Members First” eligible?
- How much rebate will I get for podiatry at an approved provider?
- Are there any age / dependant-related benefits (e.g. for children)?

What Services We Offer under BUPA Members First
At Entire Podiatry, the following services are covered (or partially covered) under BUPA Members First:
- General podiatry: nail care, corns, calluses, ingrown nails
- Biomechanical assessments (gait, alignment etc.)
- Orthotics & custom insoles (where applicable)
- Diabetic foot care
- Treatment of heel pain, plantar fasciitis, etc.
Rebates and gaps vary depending on your individual BUPA policy. We encourage you to check directly with BUPA to confirm what podiatry services are covered and the rebate you will receive. If your policy does not include podiatry cover, our standard fees will apply.
How to Book with Entire Podiatry
- Let us know when booking (online or phone) that you are a BUPA Members First member.
- Bring your BUPA card / policy details to your appointment.
- At your visit, we will process your claim on the spot through HICAPS. Any gap payment (if applicable) will then be payable.
