WARRANTY
All Wide Load footwear carries a 6 month manufacturerās warranty from the date of purchase against defective workmanship or materials. This warranty will be voided if in the opinion of the manufacturer or authorised distributor the product has been subjected to abuse or excessive wear and tear including exposure to cement, lime, chemicals, water or heat, if the product was not designed to be used in those conditions. As a condition of the warranty you must present evidence of date and place of purchase in the event of any claim. The warranty is offered in addition to and does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
USE & CARE
Clean boots regularly. Examine boots before and after each use. Leather should be polished and treated with leather protector. Suede should be brushed and treated with suede protector. Do not use solvents to clean work boots. Brush or wash the sole to remove contaminants. Store out of direct sunlight in a cool, dry place. To prevent water damage, store in a well-ventilated area. Inspect boots for water damage regularly.
Do not force dry work boots. Do not make any unauthorised alterations to the boot such as mechanical stretching or adding vent holes. Doing so may make the footwear:
- Non-compliant with standards.
- Void any certification & approval.
- Reduce the productās effectiveness.
Replace footwear when it shows any of the following: cracks, break in leather, toe cap exposed, any other serious damage.
